This EGR valve removal kit allows you to completely remove the EGR system from the engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kit includes a 5mm thick blanking plates and high temp gasket to blank the exhaust manifold, this eliminates the weak flexible EGR extension pipe that is prone to splitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turbo spools up quicker, and at lower revs (less turbo lag)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prevents carbon build-up inside intake manifold, and ports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Remove and lift off the engine cover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Pull the vacuum hose off of the EGR valve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Remove EGR Pipe From Exhaust Manifold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Connect blanking caps on to each end of the cooler.(skip this step if your vehicle doesn’t have an EGR cooler.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.Blank off the vacuum pipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.Blank the hole on the exhaust manifold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.Connect the EGR delete tube to the intake manifold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.Start the vehicle and check for any leaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
