PROCESS
Step 1: Requirement Communication
1.Customer sends us exact sample to copy
Customer sends us technical drawings to turn design into reality
Customer sends us pictures for reference
Customer sends us initial idea of a project and we discuss details together
2. We Yibai will think over customers’ request and share our ideas with customer to clarify every detail to make the initial design more practical.
3. We Yibai provides 2D or 3D technical drawings to customer for reference and confirmation.
4. Customer confirms the technical drawings.
Step 2: Quotation
1. We evaluate cost as per approved drawings and offer reasonable prices to customers.
2. Communicate with customers about quotation details such as material, surface treatment, price, lead time and so on to work out a satisfied and market-oriented cost.
3. Customer approves.
Step 3: Hand-make Sample Approval
1. Customer entrusts us to make samples as per approved drawings.
2. Customer provides comments of the samples and modify the design or technique if necessary and we offer revised drawings again.
Customer confirms or signs the samples if it’s acceptable.
Step 4: Sign contract & Pay the deposit
1. Customer sends us official Purchasing Order with signature and company chop and we send back Proforma Invoice in return to confirm orders.
2. Customer pays for deposit upon signed PO/PI.
Step 5: Production
1. We develop mass production of molds and fixtures.
2. According to customer’s singed samples & requirements ,we hold pre-production meetings and produce bulk samples.
3.We will hold a pre-production meeting according to the samples confirmed by the customer before the production of bulk goods，insure the correct
4. Communicate with customers in time to reflect the production situation.
5.Communicate with customers and feedback production status in time.
Step 6: Final Random Inspection
We will advise customer before finishing packaging in 5-7days in case for customers to arrange FRI.
Step 7: Delivery
1.We will arrange shipment and also inform customer in 5-7days before mass products finished.Customer’s forwarder and our arranging shipping service are both available.
2.If the customers have their own agent, we will start the shipping process and share the shipping plan with the customer. After receiving the shipment confirmation, we will load the container and provide the copy bill of lading to the customer for confirmation.
3.Confirm all the details of all shipping documents with the sea forwarder.
Step 8 : Balance Payment and Release Shipping Documents
1.Original copy of shipping documents are sent to customer for balance payment.
2.According to the agreed payment terms,express or release out original shipping documents to customer.
Step 9 :
Follow up orders and know customer’s feedback about product quality and services to understand how to improve in future new collaborations.
Step 10:
Regularly share new designs and patented products with partner customers.
