We cannot ship Yibai parts to a FPO/APO address. We require a physical address. If you do not have a physical address, you can look at having the part shipped to a courier or dedicated pickup center.

For international shipments, do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
For any orders shipped outside the US, you are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes. Yibai is not responsible for covering these charges and will ship the product in accordance with the shipper’s international policies.

Shipping time will depend on the delivery method you select,like by sea or by air.

Generally, it will take 7 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order and also the mode of transport.

If the above situation occurs.Please contact us here with your name, phone number, part number ordered and your shipping address. Do you take AMEX or Discover credit cards as a payment method?
Yes, we take all major credit and debit cards.

What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU.

What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit and 70% T/T before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
