Do you charge for the mould? How much exactly? Is it refundable? How?
If it is a customization product, mold cost will be charged based on the actual design. Sample fee refund policy also depends on the quantity of our cooperation. If your continuous orders can meet our quantity requirements, we will deduct the mold cost in your next order.

Do you support customization parts?

Can I get my logo on your product?
Yes,As a factory,customization items are available ,such as logos,customization boxes and so on.Please feel free to contact us and discuss the details together.

What is your production process?
We strictly enforce SOP in the production process. For example, products will enter into the market after the following processes, such as developing process flow card/opening the moulds, product testing, blanking, pickling or water polishing, machining center rough and finish, external inspection debarring, polishing, oxidation, finished product complete inspection, installation, packaging, warehousing and so on…

Are you only make wholesale business ?
We can support low MOQ for some business beginner if we have stocks ,there is a MOQ limit if there is no stock .

The quality assurance period of our products is within 1-2 year after leaving the factory or 7000km’s use.

Are there any products with technical specifications in your company? If yes, what are they?
Yes, we are specialized in auto parts manufacturing nearly 20 years. Lots of products contain technical indicators, such as:exhaust cutout，EGR delete kit，exhaust pipes ，medium/low-pressure oil pipe joint, tubing and tubing sets, fuel filter assembly, and many kinds of bypass assembly and so on!
